1. Overview

Kelly Gray Studio provides creative services including branding, digital design, and custom creative projects. All services are subject to availability and individual project agreements.

2. Services & Scope of Work

Each project includes a clearly defined scope outlined in your proposal, invoice, or contract.

• Only work included in the agreed scope will be completed

• Requests outside the scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments

• Any changes must be approved in writing before implementation

• The studio reserves the right to decline projects outside of its capacity or direction

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement.

• A deposit (typically 50%) may be required to begin work

• Final payment is due upon completion or at agreed milestones

• Deliverables are released only after full payment is received

• Late payments may pause or delay project progress

4. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions based on your agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount are billed separately

• Significant changes after approval of direction may be considered new work

5. Timelines

Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins.

• Timelines depend on timely client feedback and communication

• Delays in feedback may result in adjusted delivery dates

• The studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client materials

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, clients agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information on time

• Ensure all submitted materials are legally owned or properly licensed

• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

7. Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once payment is complete

• Kelly Gray Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain the property of the studio unless explicitly included

8. Cancellations & Termination

• Either party may cancel a project with written notice

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

• Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started. Exceptions may be made at the studio’s discretion.

10. Communication

We aim to keep communication clear, respectful, and efficient.

• Primary communication occurs via email or agreed-upon platforms

• Standard response time is 1–3 business days

• Respectful, professional communication is expected from all parties

11. Limitation of Liability

Kelly Gray Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of delivered work or services. All services are provided in good faith and professional practice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services or the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
